The neighborhood of Lincoln Park provides an ideal mixture of serenity and bustle for both shoppers and residents alike. This charming neighborhood is bounded by Lake Michigan to the east, the Chicago River to the west, Diversey Parkway to the north, and North Avenue to the south.

In the West Loop freight trucks drive alongside BMWs, trendy restaurants set up shop next to warehouses, and blue-collar workers and hip artists can be seen at the same local coffee shops. For nearly a century the West Loop was a mix of factories, meat and produce markets, and wholesale outlets, but today the neighborhood is becoming a trendy place for young families and professionals to call home.

Situated within Lakeview, just south of Wrigleyville, lies the neighborhood of Boystown. Here the streets of North Halstead, Belmont, and Broadway mark the borders of 1.1 square miles of restaurants, novelty stores, and boutiques that carry everything from adult toys to outrageous costumes to more traditional fashion items.

Between North Avenue, Western Avenue, Division Street, and the Kennedy Expressway sits a neighborhood where artists, hippies, families, students, blue-collar workers, hipsters, and yuppies all live harmoniously. This neighborhood is Wicker Park and it can only be described as eclectic.

Bucktown is packed full of trendy restaurants, independent boutiques, galleries, and hip bars. This neighborhood sits just northwest of the loop on the eastern edge of Logan Square. Although the exact boundaries of the neighborhood are widely disputed the general consensus seems to be the Kennedy Expressway to the east, Western Avenue to the west, Fullerton Avenue to the north, and Bloomingdale Avenue to the south.

On the near north side of Chicago sits the well-established art community of River North. In the area between Michigan Avenue, Chicago Avenue, and the Chicago River, shoppers can find everything from galleries to boutiques to furniture shops to national retail stores.
